Open Create in MemoFigure and write down the memory you want to keep. You may add photos as visual references, but they are optional. Submit the memory to begin, then follow its progress in your collection.

A 3D keepsake usually takes about 3–5 minutes to generate. More complex models may take longer. You can leave the generation screen and return through your collection or a completion notification.

MemoFigure can create from a written memory alone. Photos can add visual context, but they do not replace your story. Upload only photos you have the right to use, and avoid identity documents, payment cards, or other sensitive information.

If an eligible network, server, or generation-service issue causes the task to fail, the credit may be returned automatically. If it is not, submit a purchase issue under Profile > Help & Feedback in the app.

Eligible new accounts receive 4 complimentary generations. You can then purchase 1 Generation for $3.99, a non-renewing 1-Week Pass with 3 generations for $9.99, MemoFigure Pro Monthly with 12 generations for $29.99, or MemoFigure Pro 3 Months with 36 generations for $74.99. Local prices and applicable taxes are confirmed on Apple's purchase sheet.

First confirm that you are signed in to the same MemoFigure account used for the purchase and keep the Apple receipt. Then submit a purchase issue in the app or email support@memofigure.com. Never send your Apple ID password or payment-card details.

In the app, go to Profile > Privacy Settings > Delete Account and confirm the deletion notice. Deletion permanently removes your account, memories, and keepsakes and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, email us; identity verification may be required.
