1. Scope
Welcome to MemoFigure. MemoFigure helps users record memories, create AI-assisted 3D keepsakes, save them in a gallery, and share supported generated content.
By signing in, purchasing, or continuing to use MemoFigure, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are under the age required by your local law, use MemoFigure only with parent or guardian consent and guidance.
2. Accounts
You may sign in using an email verification code, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. Keep access to your sign-in method, verification codes, account, and device secure. You are responsible for activity caused by sharing or losing access to your account or device.
If you notice abnormal login, purchase, generation, or account activity, contact us through Help & Feedback.
3. Services
MemoFigure currently provides memory recording, AI-assisted generation, 3D keepsake generation, gallery storage, supported sharing, generation credits, a non-renewing 1-Week Pass, auto-renewing monthly and three-month subscriptions, invites, rewards, and support.
Features, prices, entitlements, generation rules, speed, and availability may change based on product planning, model capacity, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operational needs.
4. User Content
You keep the rights you lawfully own in content you submit or generate. To provide MemoFigure, you grant us and necessary service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, analyze, generate, display, share, back up, troubleshoot, and improve the service using that content.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for any text, photos, or other content you upload. Do not upload illegal content, private information, copyrighted content you cannot use, or content that violates another person's rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use MemoFigure to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, abuse accounts or invites, scrape or attack the service, bypass Apple in-app purchase systems, automate credit abuse, submit harmful content, or use generated content to mislead, defraud, harass, or harm others.
Without our prior written permission, you may not use MemoFigure, its accounts, credits, outputs, or technical interfaces to operate a paid generation service, resell or sublicense access, conduct bulk or automated generation, or otherwise commercially exploit the service or generated output.
We may limit, suspend, remove, cancel rewards, freeze entitlements, preserve evidence, investigate suspected violations, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms are violated. Where permitted by law, we may also seek injunctive relief, recovery of actual losses caused by the violation, reasonable enforcement costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
6. AI Generation
AI and 3D generation may be inaccurate, incomplete, unstable, delayed, unavailable, or different from your expectations. Generated content is not professional advice, factual proof, identity verification, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other expert opinion.
A 3D keepsake usually takes about 3–5 minutes to generate. More complex models may take longer, and the actual completion time is not guaranteed.
Unless we give written permission, generated keepsakes, images, models, names, captions, or related output may be used for personal saving, personal display, and non-commercial sharing only.
7. Intellectual Property
MemoFigure's software code, original interface artwork and visual assets, icons, written content, brand elements, product names, and other original or proprietary materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property and other laws. These Terms do not claim ownership of user content, third-party material, or ideas, methods, and systems that are not legally protectable.
Except where applicable law expressly permits it or we give prior written permission, you may not copy, substantially reproduce, modify, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, mirror, bulk download, remove proprietary notices from, or create derivative works from protected parts of MemoFigure. You also may not use MemoFigure's protected elements to create or market a confusingly similar product, falsely imply an affiliation with MemoFigure, or obtain or use confidential or non-public information about the service without authorization.
8. Credits, Membership, and Purchases
Generation entitlements may include complimentary credits, rewards, purchased credits, the non-renewing 1-Week Pass, and auto-renewing subscriptions. Specific prices, renewal terms, validity periods, generation counts, delivery rules, and restrictions are shown in the app, in the Membership Terms, and on the App Store purchase sheet.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds, billing, taxes, and payment disputes follow Apple's rules. If an entitlement does not appear after purchase, contact us with your Apple purchase record.
9. Privacy
We process personal information according to the MemoFigure Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the service.
10. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
MemoFigure may change, pause, delay, or stop because of maintenance, version updates, server changes, network failure, device failure, third-party service failure, App Store issues, force majeure, legal requirements, user violations, or product strategy changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MemoFigure is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or expectation-perfect service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, goodwill loss, or issues caused by users, third parties, network conditions, devices, force majeure, or violations of these Terms.
12. Notices and Updates
We may send service, account, security, transaction, or terms notices through the app, email, system notifications, pages, or other reasonable channels. We may update these Terms when law, features, operations, or platform rules change.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your place of residence. Before filing a formal claim, you and MemoFigure should first try to resolve the dispute by contacting support. If it cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
