MemoFigure Membership Terms

These Membership Terms supplement the MemoFigure Terms of Use and apply to one-time generation purchases, non-renewing Passes, and the auto-renewing MemoFigure Pro subscription.

Important: The 1-Week Pass does not renew automatically. MemoFigure Pro monthly and three-month plans renew automatically until canceled through your Apple Account.

1. Products and Entitlements

  • New-account credits: an eligible new MemoFigure account receives 4 complimentary generations. These credits are not a paid product and do not renew.
  • 1 Generation: a one-time purchase that provides 1 complete 3D keepsake generation.
  • 1-Week Pass: a one-time, non-renewing 7-day Pass that provides 3 generations.
  • MemoFigure Pro Monthly: an auto-renewing monthly subscription that provides 12 generations after the initial purchase and after each successful renewal.
  • MemoFigure Pro 3 Months: an auto-renewing three-month subscription that provides 36 generations after the initial purchase and after each successful renewal.

Current U.S. reference prices are $3.99 for 1 Generation, $9.99 for the 1-Week Pass, $29.99 for MemoFigure Pro Monthly, and $74.99 for MemoFigure Pro 3 Months. Prices, taxes, currency, and the exact amount charged are shown on the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. App Store pricing controls if it differs from other product descriptions.

2. Activation, Validity, and Credit Use

A 3D keepsake usually takes about 3–5 minutes to generate. More complex models may take longer, and the actual completion time is not guaranteed.

  1. Entitlements are delivered to the MemoFigure account used for purchase after Apple StoreKit verifies the transaction.
  2. A generation is deducted when a qualifying 3D keepsake generation is successfully submitted.
  3. Unused Pass and MemoFigure Pro generations expire when the applicable paid period ends. Generations purchased individually do not expire unless the app clearly states otherwise before purchase.
  4. For an eligible service failure, MemoFigure may return the generation automatically or after support review.

3. MemoFigure Pro Renewal and Cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm MemoFigure Pro. The selected monthly or three-month plan automatically renews for the same billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel MemoFigure Pro in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally end access already paid for during the current period. Deleting MemoFigure or deleting your MemoFigure account does not by itself cancel the Apple subscription.

An introductory, promotional, or free-trial offer applies only when Apple displays it on the purchase sheet. After an offer ends, MemoFigure Pro renews at the then-displayed standard price for the selected billing period unless canceled.

4. Purchase Restoration, Refunds, and Revocation

Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the original MemoFigure account if a verified entitlement is missing. Keep your Apple purchase record and contact support if restoration does not resolve the issue.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's rules and applicable law. When Apple confirms a refund or revocation, MemoFigure may remove the related unused entitlement or generation allocation. A refund does not create a right to cash out, transfer, or resell generations.

5. Account and Use Restrictions

Paid entitlements are for the purchasing account and may not be transferred, sold, rented, shared for paid generation services, or obtained through scripts, forged transactions, client tampering, or other abuse. Fraudulent or unauthorized entitlements may be suspended or revoked.

These measures do not limit our right, where permitted by law, to preserve evidence, investigate violations, seek injunctive relief, recover actual losses and reasonable enforcement costs, or pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may change future product names, prices, allocations, or availability. Changes do not normally alter a completed one-time purchase or a subscription period already paid for. Apple will provide any notice or consent required for subscription price changes.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your place of residence. Before filing a formal claim, you and MemoFigure should first try to resolve the dispute by contacting support. If it cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
